Email [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Include the email address you use with Ravani and, if something went wrong, what you were doing and roughly when. Please do not send passwords or sign-in codes.

Delete your account
- Sign in to Ravani on the web or in the desktop app.
- Open Personal Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete Account…, then confirm. If Ravani says a task is still finishing, wait a moment and try again.
Once deletion completes, it is immediate and permanent. Your account, conversations, pages, facts, generated images, connected-service credentials and search index entries are removed and cannot be recovered. Database backups age out within 30 days.
If you use the desktop app’s Local Vault, data in the vault stays on your device and is not removed by account deletion. To remove it, delete the vault in the desktop app.
If you cannot sign in, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] from your account’s email address.
